This image is inspired by the view from my studio window, during the last days of winter. The snow has left the hillsides already revealing the ground and new growth in patches yet still clinging to some of the lower sections of the woodland and roof tops.
(This is a very small edition, only five available).
This reduction linocut was carved and printed by hand, from a single block, each colour printed individually.

As a result of the technique by which reduction prints are made, minor variations are possible and are what makes each print in the edition
a ‘one of a kind’ art piece.
